Double room in Islington

The flat is a split level maisonette well connected to local transport, round the corner from Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly Line) and 10 mins walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line).

The room is a decent sized double room furnished with new bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.

You would be living with me the owner, I work in the arts and play music. I’m sociable but have a pretty chilled existence at home as I do travel a bit for work.

We have all the mod cons, decent broadband a projector with Netflix/Amazon Prime and a pretty awesome shower.

Ideally looking for a no smoking, vegetarian, female.

The room is only available on a Monday - Friday basis. I’m happy to consider shorter lets but would prefer to find someone looking for the longer term. There is some flexibility re start date, I am getting some decorating done in December.
