Double Room in Arsenal - 1 month sublet

I'm going away for 1 month, so subletting my room. You would be living with Charlie, Annabelle and James, all working full time jobs and with busy social lives, but who also enjoy a chat and house meal or pub trip together.

Our huge terraced house is a 30-second walk from Arsenal tube station and has recently been renovated. The ground floor hosts the kitchen and open plan living and dining room, both with doors which open onto the newly renovated patio and garden. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including a dishwasher. The garden has a pub-style table and a bbq as well as a cosy seating area for candlelit film nights and friends coming round.

The house backs on to Gillespie Park Nature Reserve and is a short walk from Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and Highbury fields. There is a nice gym with a pool almost opposite the flat and some great pubs very close.

We have a bathroom with toilet and bath, a separate shower room, and a downstairs loo.

The room itself is on the second floor, facing the garden. It comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

The Rent is for the month is £1100 including bills. Payment upfront required to secure the room, to protect against last minute drop outs.
