Hi all!

Im moving out (to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise I wouldnt be leaving this genuinely lovely flat!) so looking for someone to join us in our Highbury flat.

A bit about us:
3 girls in our late twenties (1 Brit, 1 Scot, 1 Aussie) all working professionals (some home working, some in office working). We hang out a fair bit (think netflix evenings, gym classes and weekend coffee walks) and have created a nice, sharing, caring vibe in our home. Daisy has been in the house for the last three years, Britt has been in for about a year and half and Katie has joined us this summer, so this is a testament to how great this flat is!

A bit about you:
We’re looking for a young professional in her late twenties (27+) to join our lil flat family. We’re looking for someone who appreciates sharing a nice, clean home with others (girl flat, big on creating nice ambience).

The details
Rent is £712.11 per month (payable on each 25th), deposit is £850 (and you'll need to pay a 1 weeks holding deposit whilst they do reference checks which would then be refundable, or payable towards the full deposit amount) payable directly to the tenancy agency. Bills are approximately £100 at the moment (and increase a bit in winter when we put the heating on but we don't need it on a whole lot. Council Tax Band F). This is a top floor (floor 4) flat, managed by a responsive agency. They will require a work reference and a reference from your current landlord/character reference before you can move in.
