Room available in flat in Arsenal

Hi there.

Two double rooms are available in a large, fully furnished flat with lots of natural light and in a well connected location (5 minute walk from Arsenal and Drayton Park stations, 10-15 minutes from Finsbury Park, Holloway road, and Highbury and Islington). It’s a great neighbourhood with green space nearby. The two rooms share a bathroom, and there is another bedroom with en-suite in the flat.

I am currently sharing this flat with two others who are moving on, but is a great spot to be in so thought I would see if I can line up a couple of people to share with. We have activated our two-month notice, vacating on the 5th August, so a move in date would have to be decided (whether we can carry on the existing contract which would have ten months remaining, sign a new contract from that date or maybe a week-ish later; as far as I am aware the rental company would like to check over some things e. t. c.).

Rent is around £1,040 a month plus bills.

About me: 39 years old professional, work from home twice a week. As for interests, I enjoy the usual things such as movies, reading, languages, climbing. I enjoy a friendly, relaxed flatshare. Am happy to get involved in house activities and also appreciate everyone's need for space. Am calm, clean and understand communal living.

About the flatmates: Age around 28-40, someone who will bring a friendly vibe (I have shared with someone in the past who would literally not speak to you and it created a super weird atmosphere), is happy to get involved in a pub quiz or something, knows how to live with other people.
