Tidy, quiet and easy-going household

Hello,

We are Tess and Julia looking for a new tenant for our 4 bedrooms house situated in the best area of London, close to Highbury and Islington, Arsenal, Finsbury Park.

About the place:
- 4 double bedrooms, all situated at the second floor
- 2 bathrooms
- A spacious kitchen, the oven/dishwasher/washing mashine are new
- A large shared livingroom, we sometimes work from here sharing the space between us and taking turns, there's a rule that after 5 pm the livingroom is a shared space for chilling and no more work!(unless emergencies)
- The room is 950 per month with only the council taxes included, while the electricity/gas is around 30£ in summer and 60£ in winter per person per month

We are not what is called a party house however, we like to do activities together or have friends over for a coffee/pizza.
Tess is the music girl party goer, while Julia is the visual artist on the nerd and gothic side, these are our main hobbies, we are both professionals and during the majority of the day we are busy working.

We are looking to finding a male tenant for the larger bedroom in the house, you will share the bathroom with another male (moving out soon) and are welcome to work from home (we don't mind). We are seeking a professional worker, possibly 30+ that is respectful and don't mind a chilled house (not an hotel but neither a rave warehouse).
It has been very important for us to keep the house clean, it is a large house and we don't have a cleaner, we are all grown ups and expect you to look after it in the most respectful way.
