Tidy, quiet and easy-going household

We're Giulia, Birte and Tess — three working professionals living in a lovely house near Arsenal. We're currently looking for a fourth housemate to join our home. We all lead busy lives and value a calm, welcoming space to come back to at the end of the day.

We're hoping to find another professional in their 30s who is tidy, considerate, and respectful of others' routines. While this isn’t a party house, we do enjoy hanging out in the communal areas from time to time. Working from home is totally fine, as long as everyone’s use of the space is respected.

All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. You’d be sharing a bathroom with Birte.
The room available comes furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe — and there’s enough space to fit a desk if needed.

Bills aren’t included in the rent (except for council tax), and usually come to around £65–100/month, depending on the season.

We take pride in keeping our home clean and comfortable. We don’t have a cleaner, so we all do our bit to take care of the house and its appliances — especially after a not-so-great past experience, we're keen to maintain a respectful and civilised living environment.
