Flatmate wanted ASAP, great flat, great location

My housemate is moving out and we need to fill the room asap. It’s a beautiful flat a few mins walk from the lovely Clissold park and ideally situated between Arsenal and Finsbury park tube station.

I’m a musician, I teach perform and produce and I have been living here for over two years. It’s a great neighborhood and the flat is very energy efficient, it stays very warm. It’s also very spacious, modern and lets lots of light in, with a great view from the back where the living room is situated. It also benefits from being very quiet.
