Penthouse bedroom in lovely flat!

Hi there!

I’m sadly leaving my room in Arsenal early Jan so I am looking for someone to replace me in our lovely flat.

👯‍♀️ You will be living with Lowri (30, from Wales) and Maya (29, from Dublin). We have a warm, homely atmosphere and although everyone is mostly busy with their lives we try to meet for dinners, TV watchings (huge plus if you’re into bake off!!!) or pub nights. We are looking for someone clean, quiet and friendly who will want to call this their new home!

🏡 The room comes furnished with a double bed and lots of storage space. There isn’t a desk yet but you could fit a small one if needed — although we tend to work from the living room when needed. The shared bathroom has a bathtub (my fav!) and the kitchen/living room has all you need to cook and chill. The special plus is the great views of London (and sunset) as the flat is on top floor! And there is also a little balcony.

📍The flat is right by the Emirates Stadium: 5min walk to Arsenal Tube Station (Picadilly) and 15min walk to Highbury & Islington/Finsbury Park (Victoria). Also 10min walk to Holloway Road with massive Waitrose and Lidl.

💸 Boring bits :
- Rent is £892.20 pcm
- Bills are around £180pcm (76.67 council tax + 12.33 wifi + 90 electricity in the winter months and decrease to 50 rest of the year)
- Deposit will be one month rent
- Am looking for someone ideally 25 Jan but can be flexible, you would be on the contract for at least next Jan (which means the rent is capped!)
