Flatmate wanted for 3 bed house in Highbury

We are Hannah & Tess, two 30-year-old female professionals living in a 3 bed house in Highbury (right next to Arsenal station). Our housemate is moving out end of Jan/start of Feb to live with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a new housemate to take her room.

The house has a terrace, shared living room and large kitchen. The room for rent comes with a bed, 2x wardrobes, a mirror and there is space for a desk if wanted (current housemate works from there at the moment). The room is super light (2 windows) and on a very quiet residential street. The room is £1,200 per month, but with bills it would come to around £1,300.

A bit more about us - we are friends from school, both professionals working in Law & Tech in Moorgate, and we go to the office a few days a week. We love pilates, parkrun, yoga (there is a gym super close!), reading, healthy eating, long walks & finding nice coffee and cake :) We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and enjoys both their own space and time hanging out as a house.
