Lovely single room in homely Highbury flatshare

Hi there!

I’m looking for someone to take over my cosy single room in a wonderful three-bedroom flat in Highbury. You’ll be sharing with Susan, who works in media.

Susan is looking for someone who’s a non-smoker, a working professional, and values being clean, tidy, easy - going and communicative and would enjoys living in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The flat itself is incredibly cosy and homely, perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights is its fantastic location! Clissold Park (Stoke Newington Church Street) is right opposite, offering lovely green spaces for walks or runs. You’re also close to Woodberry Wetlands and surrounded by great local cafes, pubs, bars, and shops. Transport is super convenient, with bus stops, underground, and overground stations all within a 5-15 minute walk.
