Bright and spacious double room in our charming three-story home in Highbury Hill becomes available from end of February (exact date tbc).

The house is spread across three floors, with a cellar and a lovely garden, plus a separate studio space at the end of the garden.

Location:

Our house is ideally located just a minute away from Arsenal Station and 10 minutes from Finsbury Park Station, making it incredibly easy to get around London. There’s a small Tesco just 5 minutes away, and larger supermarkets are within a 20-minute walk. The area also offers cafes, restaurants, and pubs, especially around Blackstock Road and Highbury & Islington. On Arsenal match days, the area and the tube station get "lively", but our street remains quiet and unaffected by the crowds.

The Room:

The room is the largest in the house and is filled with natural light, has wooden floors. It comes partially furnished with a large wardrobe, built-in closet, and a mirror. (Please note, the room does not come with a bed or desk.)

About Us:

You’ll be living with Charlotte and Alexander, both in our early 30s and working in advertising. We have been living together for 4 years and in this house for one. We enjoy watching TV, cooking and hosting dinners and BBQs in the garden, though this is not what you would call a party house. We value a peaceful, friendly atmosphere and are looking for a single person or a couple who share these values.

Bills are roughly 100 per person in 4.

The house came unfurnished and most of the things belong to us, however the leaving tenants will take some of the furniture with them, so there will be space for you to contribute to the common areas.

The letting agency is responsive and helpful in addressing any issues. References and a deposit are required for all applicants.
