Queer Nerd Seeks New Flatmate in N5

The flat is well located, with lots of natural light in the living room, and in what would be your bedroom. We have a balcony overlooking the street and access to recently renovated private garden. Your room is well insulated from street noise, and gets the sun in the morning.

Our kitchen is small but usable, with gas oven, and we have decent cupboard storage between the two of us.

As I said in the ad title, I'm a huge nerd, and queer - If you're looking for someone to play Magic, D&D, or Catan with, I'd definitely be up for it! I spend a lot of time with my partner, and both of us are nonbinary, so I'm definitely comfortable with queer folk of all stripes.

Important info I couldn't fit elsewhere:
The flat is Band D, and the council tax is included in the bills. If you are a student, there would be no council tax, because I don’t need to pay it. I happily split it with those that do need to.
The furniture left in your room would be the bed and a built in wardrobe.
We're 2 minutes from the 4, 19, and 236 buses, and a very short walk from Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations. Canonbury, with access to the Windrush and Mildmay Overground lines, is a 20 minute walk or short bus away.
