Hello!
We’re Maria and Geraldine — two friendly and sociable flatmates from Spain, aged 27 and 28. Maria has been living in the UK for 6 years, while Geral just moved here this year.
We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely new flat in Arsenal / Highbury & Islington, where the en-suite room is available.
The room is located downstairs, next to the living room and the backyard, which gives it a lot of privacy (our bedrooms are upstairs.) It’s a great setup if you also value having your own space from time to time.
We’re open to single tenants or couples — the rent is:
£1450/month for one person
£1650/month for a couple
We’re happy to live with anyone, regardless of gender. Move-in date is October 4th, and all three of us will be moving in at the same time — so it's a fresh start for everyone!

Maria works for an AI company and loves travelling, sports and photography.

Geral works in marketing for a fashion company and loves fashion and art.
The flat is managed by Residensa London, and they estimate monthly bills (including council tax, water, electricity, and internet) at around £100 per person.
