Situated steps away from Arsenal tube station, this homely three bed house is insanely convenient.

You can get into central in less than 20 minutes or across to Heathrow airport in about 60 - if you're a part of the jet set.

The house itself is slightly worn, but everything works. We have two fridges, one freezer and a washing machine. (No dishwasher, except you)
There's two bathrooms, one of which has a shower.

We usually don't get in the way of each other's morning routines, unless you like to take an age in the shower. There's also a small front garden area and patio at the back of the house.
And yes, the rent is that cheap. Seriously.

-the people -
You'll be sharing the house with one girl and one guy in their mid/late twenties:

Manni (me) works for a PR agency and sustainability consultancy. I normally wfh twice a week (tues/wed and fridays) from the living room. If you needed to wfh as well we’d figure this out but ideally we’d wfh on diff days :) outside of work I love going to music/club events, exploring london, pub trips and travelling! I’m a big natterer and enjoy chilling together in the evenings, have my own group of friends here so also appreciate giving space when needed too!

Jonny works as a chef at nearby pub, The Plimsoll. As you can imagine, very limited work from home options, he's out at work most days and usually works weekends. As he works in hospitality his hours are less sociable, and you probably won't see him too much in the weekday evenings - but when you do he’s very sound, sociable and lovely also.

The vibe around the house is chill, someone sociable is preferred - ideally someone who is open to having an evening spent eating together whilst relaxing in front of the TV, just as much as they are open to having their own time as well. It’d be great if you had similar interests/vibe to the existing flatmates - looking for someone easy, clean, considerate and fun!

- the room -
As with the house, be aware the room walls are slightly worn too (where isn’t in north London) - it’s on the landlords list to fix.

The room itself is a decent amount of space, good lighting, comes with a bed and big chest of drawers.
The rail is the existing tenants so won’t be there - as the room doesn’t have a wardrobe you may want to consider buying one. The room will be available from 12 October. We might be able to work out a slightly earlier time for you to move in, depending on the outgoing tenant.

The deposit is £500. Bills included in the price advertised - we are working out new contracts though so may go slightly up
