Because of work reason my dear flatmate is leaving London so we need to find someone to share this beautiful 2B2B flat. The apartment is on the second floor, bright southwest-facing with a spacious living room and a balcony. It’s in a quiet and safe neighbourhood just a short walk from Arsenal, Drayton Park, Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations, with Tesco only 3 minutes away and plenty of shops nearby.

You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, and rent is £1225 plus bills. The contract runs until September 2026, with flexible move-in around mid-November and the option to renew after.

Your future flatmate(me) is a 25-year-old PhD student in architecture field with an arts background. I’m tidy, clean, easy-going, loves a cosy home and sometimes enjoys a glass of wine or a small catch-up with friends, but most of the time very busy and quiet. The flat has been a safe and warm home for the past year, and we’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy living here too.
