The apartment is on the second floor, bright southwest-facing with a spacious living room and a balcony. It's in a quiet and safe neighbourhood just a short walk from Arsenal, Drayton Park, Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations, with Tesco only 3 minutes away and plenty of shops nearby.
You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, and rent is £1225 plus bills. The contract runs until September 2026, with flexible move-in around Beginning of Feb and the option to renew after.
Your future flatmate(me) is a 26-year-old PhD student in architecture field with an arts background. Hope you are a student too so we can be council tax free.
I'm tidy, clean, easy-going, love a cosy home and sometimes enjoys a glass of wine or a small catch-up with friends, will be in campus three to four days a week. The flat has been a safe and warm home for the past year, and we're looking for someone who'll treat it as home and enjoy living here too.
