Join us in a sociable house hold in Arsenal!

Looking for a new flat mate to join us in our large 5-person terraced house in Arsenal. The property is just round the corner from Arsenal tube station and Drayton Park train station.

We are located a 10-15 minute walk from Finsbury Park and Highbury and Islington. 3 tube stops from Kings Cross St Pancras.

The property has a nice paved garden at the back with sheds (if you have a bike) and we like to enjoy this outdoor space best we can in the summer months. We have a large communal kitchen and an internal small room living room with a projector.

About Us
We are a group between 26-36 year olds; 2 males, 2 females are staying in the property. We mostly know each other through connections and some through spare room over the years.

We generally lead busy lives and all have a few hobbies, quite an active group who like varying levels of sports and exercise, and have other hobbies. We all have bikes... and use them different amounts! There is a small shed at the back which can fit 4 bikes so we can normally make that work between the 5 people in the house.
We occasionally have communal meals, but with busy lives this has been less often recently.
However, we often have tea / wine / chats together at the end of the day with whoever is around (ie, we're generally social)

What we are looking for
We are hoping to find someone who shares common interest and values and would like to live as a household rather than 5 people completely seperately. We are pretty easy going, but like to try to keep the house as clean as possible and clean up after ourselves etc - the usual stuff.

We aren't a huge party house every single week, but not against hosting parties every now and then, and have had some bbqs in the (small) garden etc.

EDIT: should have said, we are getting a few messages and want to make sure we can go through them - there may be a delay in replying, we will try to reply to everyone either way.

Also, bills are additional to the rent and are currently £110/month
