It’s a 5-minute walk from Arsenal station and a 15

I am returning to my country , so I am currently looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat is shared by three people in total: an elderly British landlord, a Japanese woman on a working holiday, and the new tenant.
The room is relatively spacious, and the location is very convenient.

Please note that the landlord is not particularly good at keeping things tidy, so the kitchen area may occasionally feel a little messy. For this reason, I think this flat would be especially comfortable for someone who does not cook very often or who is not too particular about small details.
