This is a great pad if you want to live very close to London city centre, and practically be able to walk to anywhere you want. Just round the corner from Baker Street Station (5-7mins walk). A stone's throw from Regents Park.

The House:
The room on offer is a decently sized double bedroom, with a large window. Always warm. There is one large bathroom which is shared among the three of us. Great water temperature, great water pressure.
Recently refurbished kitchen, with cooker, oven, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer.
Parke floors in the corridors, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. carpeted bedrooms.
The house keeps very warm during the winter.
Heating is included in bills. Monthly bills are for internet, water, and electricity.

The Housemates:
We highly value cleanliness, being organised, respect for each other in the household, and a general good-will attitude towards one another.
We love food, like to go out, and generally have a good time.
