Spacious sunny first floor room with new comfortable double sofabed designed for everyday use, table, chairs, available drawer space and coat to stand hang clothes plus use of hall wardrobe. En-suite with shower and toilet. Sheets and towels provided. Fully cleaned and bed changed once a week.
Use of kitchen/diner with outside balcony.
Resident owner present some of the time. Living room available when owner absent.
Very quiet street. 3 minutes walk to beautiful Regents Park, Baker St tube station and bus stops. All the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs of Marylebone very close. 10 minutes from West End theatre and entertainments by bus or tube.
Also 10 minutes by tube or bus from mainline stations, Kings Cross, St Pancras, Euston, Paddington.
Suit responsible person who is working weekdays in London but going home at weekends and seeks quiet accommodation in beautiful area with excellent transport links.
