Looking for a friendly and clean university student/young professional to occupy a double room that's available now. The rooms are let under a subletting agreement and one housemate currently has a kitten that lives in his room.

Location: A converted first floor apartment with 4 rooms (no lounge), 1 bathroom. Situated on a quiet residential street by Baker Street Station (2 mins walk) with a large number of shops (including a Tesco metro) and restaurants nearby.

The room is furnished at a minimum with the basics: double bed (newly added), desk & chair, wardrobe and shelves / drawers providing ample room for storing your belongings.

A kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and storage is provided for housemates. The combined washer dryer is also in the kitchen.

A bathroom with a toilet is shared by all housemates.

Bills are included in the price.
