Double room with ensuite in Marylebone

Hey there,
I am looking for someone to take over my leave for my room until November 15th and possibly to renew the contract with my flatmates.
Unfortunately I have to leave London for a few months, that’s why I’m leaving my beloved flat.
The flat has all the amenities and you will be sharing it with other two young professionals who both work in finance. It is located very close to Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations. You’ll also have a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s local at a 2 mins walk distance and a bigger Waitrose at 5 mins.
We like to have people over but nothing too crazy especially during the week as we all work full time, so we are looking for a respectful and friendly person to share the flat with.
