This flat is a STEALER. Spacious, with full-amenities (gym, elevator, patio, 24/7 receptionist), in the heart of London for an AMAZING PRICE! Current flatmates are Livia (~30) and Oliver (~45), two very nice and tidy individuals whom I loved spending time with :)

I will be missing this flat a ton. You won’t find a better deal in central London. Room is available from May 20th. Rent is £890 per month and includes our fast internet, electricity, and amenities. My share of the deposit was £1030.

The room is big with lots of storage, and comes with a comfy double bed. The flat has a small and cosy living room, a large calm and bright kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine). The bathroom is shared with Livia, and has a shower with great water pressure.

The building has a resident-only free gym, which is well equipped and you’ll be the only person using it most of the time. There is also a lovely patio with tables and plants for sipping a tea in the sun. The 24/7 receptionist is awesome in case you forgot your key, to filter visitors and to receive parcels during the day.

The neighborhood is calm but only 4min away from busy roads (groceries and restaurants), 5 from Edgware Road station and 10 from Baker Street station. We have a borrow bike station just around the corner, and a public gym (swimming pool, fitness classes, climbing gym, squash...) 30 seconds away.

Now that you understand how amazing this deal is, a bit about you: you’re a friendly and neat individual, who also likes their time by themselves, and you pay rent on time.
