Cosy female flat share near Baker Street

Our third housemate is moving out and leaving our lovely flat in Baker Street, so we're looking for a friendly, easy going housemate (preferably a girl) to take her spot.

You'd be living with two girls (both 25 years old) working in advertising and tech in a 3 double bedroom apartment just 5 minutes walk from Baker Street station (and loads of bus routes). We're both very friendly and during the week we love to cook together and enjoy good food, chats, pub, and movies together, but are also considerate of each other and of the mutual space. But we love a night out on the weekend and would love a housemate who could get involved.

We have lived in this flat for a year and absolutely love it, it’s such a cosy space and the landlord has always been great with any questions/work that’s needed to be done.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and storage space and gets lots of light, whilst being pretty soundproof to outside noise.

Bills are split equally each month and we share the cost of basics to make sure the flat is always fully stocked with essentials.

The flat is in a secure block with friendly and quiet neighbours. There is a Co-Op, M&S and Tesco all just around the corner, as well as being walking distance to Regents Park.
