Room 1 is available on the 01/10/2024 for £1213.33 per month.

We're looking for a clean, easy-going flatmates to join this great flat-share.

Please note that we require the equivalent of 2 months rent paid upfront covering the first month and the last month of your contract.

Please note that an extra £25-£30 is required every month to cover electricity bill managing by the tenants themselves.
