hi there! I’m looking to put an offer on this gorgeous flat in Marylebone, and searching for 2 girls to join me!

about the flat:

it’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with no living room (it’s converted into the third bedroom, which I will be taking). 3rd floor with lift.
the agency is still chasing the landlord for a floorplan, once it’s there I’ll attach it here so we can calculate the exact rent split, though I was told the rooms are pretty equal in size.

the rooms are really spacious and all of them can fit a desk! the kitchen is on the smaller side, but is quite modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine.

about the location:

it really couldn’t be better! it’s 400m away from Baker Street station, tesco express super close (with other grocery stores a little further out), and it’s literally outside Regent’s Park🥹

about me:

I’m 23, a future trainee solicitor and will be studying for the SQE (solicitor exam - basically a masters in law/ bar exam). As my
course will be very intense, I’m looking to make this flat a place where we can relax and unwind, so definitely not a party flat. When I’m not studying, I would love to go on cute walks to Regent’s Park together!

the practical stuff:

- rent for each of the 2 rooms is estimated to be 1080 pcm + bills, however heating and hot water are included!
- flat will be fully managed by the agency
- we will be signing a 12-month tenancy agreement together - please only message if you’re committed to stay for a full year :)
- must be able to pay 6 months upfront
- preferably other students for council tax purposes
