Double room available near Baker Street

Hi, my flatmate is sadly moving home in the beginning of November, so I’m looking for a new flatmate for our flat near Baker Street to take over the lease.

The flat is a 2 bed 1 bath, very close to Regent’s Park, safe building with 24/7 reception. The room available is a double room that is big and spacious, and has a small balcony.

Rent is £1350/month excl. bills, bills are ~£150/month which includes council tax, water, electricity, WiFi. There is no gas hob, so no gas bills.

Your flatmate (me) is a professional working in finance, non-smoker, likes to travel and workout. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, non-smoker and unfortunately no pets as the building is quite strict. Females preferred as we’ll be sharing the bathroom.
