Amazing Double in Great Flatshare - 2 mins to stn

Hi,

We are looking for a friendly flatmate to join this relaxed household, as one of the flatmates is moving in with her partner.

The flat is 2 minutes from Regent's Park, Baker Street and Marylebone Stations, and just 15 minutes walk to Oxford Street. There's 2 local supermarkets, and a bunch of cafes at the end of the road. We are also only a short 10 min walk from Marylebone High St with a range of other shops, cafes & restaurants.

The flat is on a quiet side street, in a historic portered block which means the rooms are a great size. We have a large shared living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. The flat has all the regular ammenities ( dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, microwave, super fast broadband etc). It has also been recently re-painted by the landlord. There is also a small balcony off the kitchen which is great for catching the summer sun.

The room itself is fully furnished with cupboard space, chest of drawers, double bed/mattress, bedside table and sink. There is also a desk in the room which is suitable for the occasional WFH day. You would be sharing a large bathroom with 1 other person.

The rent would be £1300 plus bills which are around £120 -170 per month for gas, electricity, water, council tax & superfast broadband. It also includes a cleaner for the common areas every 2 weeks.

You would be sharing with 2 professional women in their mid 30s. We enjoy cooking, film & game nights and the odd drink together but also enjoy our own time/space.

We are looking for a pretty chilled professional used to flatshares, someone who enjoys a quite night in and is up for sharing the occasional meal or bottle of wine with the existing flatmates. Party animals need not apply.
