Double room with private bath&patio in Marylebone

This beautiful room with a private patio has plenty of natural light. It will be ready to move in with towels and bedding included. Your bedroom will have its own bathroom to use and just to share with me when in town, 2-4 nights/month.

The living room shows old furniture but will have a new corner sofa bed, it has a 10 people table, a fireplace and is very spacious. There is also a working area if you work from home sometimes.

That house is 5min walk to Baker Street station. The house comprises a very large living room and studio area, a full equipped kitchen, and a spare single room that your visitors can use when I’m not there.

The rent includes all bills and a biweekly cleaner. The house will be furnished to high standards, and towels and sheets are also provided in the price. It’s ready to move in from February. The room is perfect for a professional who works central and is in London for a few months or needs a place for a few months until finding a more permanent place.

The room is available from February until April maybe May. Rent must be paid in full in advance.

There is a couple in the larger room. He works as an international government consultant and she owns a PR company. They are both non-smoker and work from home when not at the office, traveling or meeting clients.

Kitchen is also full equipped with anything necessary for cooking and living comfortably.

I don’t live in the house but sometimes I would go and stay when in London.
