hiiiii :) im addison and me and my flatmate jacob are looking for someone to move into to a furnished double room here on Baker Street following the moving out of our other flatmate

we are just 1 minute from Baker Street tube station and an equal distance from Regent’s Park, and the rent is £1100 and is available from 12th December

a bit about us: we are superrrr chill people with interests in music, films, theatre and love a good natter and a drink or 5. we both studied at UCL but now im a musical artist and jacob works in planning/ real estate communications
