This is a very large space comprising half of the building floor just for yourself! Master bedroom with tall windows and balcony, private clothing space, spacious private bathroom with bath, and office space that the 2 other flatmates do not use.

Such a lovely space. I have to move due to a career change, would stay otherwise. I strongly recommend this living experience in London !

For FEMALES only. Ideally late 20s/30s professional, friendly and tidy (we want to keep this beautiful flat in its great condition). No student please.

Tenancy: Taking over my tenancy from 20th October 2025 to mid January 2026. After this period, you will renew for one more year from January with the 2 current flatmates. We seek someone committed long term to be part of our home.

You will be living with 2 flatmates:
Giulia (Italian lady in her 30s with lush artistic and furniture taste, travelling often to Ibiza) // Janina (originally from Indonesia, early 20s, in Fashion, embodiment of “friendly chill”). // We support each other through our life stages, and love an occasional flatmates outing together for brunch. Beautiful souls.

Looking for someone to be friends with, sisterhood, not just living in the same space.

Costs ⬇️

£1450pcm + bills

Additionally, because the flat was unfurnished when we moved in.. we would like a furniture contribution. Ideally:

£500 total for bedroom stuff
(original cost was ~£1000, includes: bed frame, matress, bookshelve, drawers, clothing racks, outdoor cushions for balcony, bed side table, office desk, sleeping armchair, bathroom cabinet..)

And £100 for living room & kitchen stuff (tables, benches, tv cabinet, light..)
