Marylebone/Baker Street Room to Rent - Women only

Hi! My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely flat.

The flat is bright and airy, with Regent's Park right on the doorstep. It's about a 30 minute walk to Oxford Street, and there are 3 tube stations within a 15 minute walk, so it's really well connected (st john's wood, baker street, marylebone).

The room has a double bed, two large windows which look out onto a garden/courtyard area. We have one shared bathroom.

I'm a female professional, clean and tidy (it's a no shoes in the flat kind of home). I work until about 7pm most days and am in the office twice a week. Outside of work I love cooking at home, going for coffees and walks, and am often out friends at the weekends too!

I'm looking for someone who is:

* Female
* A professional (no students)
* Clean (alternating cleaning each week), respectful
* Ideally has a balance of working from home and the office
