The flat is situated just off Baker Street, in a portered Grade II listed building which is a 1 minute walk from Baker Street station. There is one bathroom, one separate bathroom and one kitchen to share. The house comes stocked with various appliances which are of course available to use. This includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and any other appliance you would expect to find in a fully functioning kitchen. The bills are an additional £200 per month.

Everyone in the house is very relaxed and friendly, languages spoken in the house include German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic and of course English. There is also a very big shared living room with a television, projector, laser light show and sound system as well, should you need to entertain any guests.
