Dbl Room Edgware Rd /Cpltly refurnished / Rooftop

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately I have to leave soon, so I let my amazing newly refurnished double room in a great flatshare at Edgware Road (Zone 1, just in front of Edgware Road station, 5 min walk from Baker Street and 10 min walk from Oxford Street).

There is a newly refurnished spacious kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom. Overall the apartment looks amazing and with loads of direct sunlight. All the apartment has been refunished in Feb 2014. All the bills are included.

We are looking for tidy organized people who would like to make this your home and a nice place to be, do BBQ in the summer on the rooftop and have a good all-round respectful atmosphere !

There is a fourth bedroom unused to welcome friends or family for a wkd if necessary.

I'm sorry but tje room is only available for long term and you need to have an income. (directly through the landlord so no agency fee).

You will live with a Danish girl and a German guy.

I'm available for viewings and for a Skype for people abroad.
