Room to let in Baker St/Marylebone area

We are two young professionals working in the financial industry, looking for a third person to join us in our house at 39a Huntsworth Mews. The house where we've been living for 2 years is situated between Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations, approximately 5min walking distance from each. London Business School and Regents Park are also on 5min walking distance. Although the area is very central, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The house is on three floors, with one room situated on the ground floor with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen on the second floor, and two bedrooms with a bathroom on the third floor. The room that we are trying to let is one of the two bedrooms on the third floor and is shown in the photo.
