Looking for a new person to join our lovely 3 bedroom flat. I am moving out as I have moved location for work or I'd never leave this place. I'm a professional lady aged 30 currently sharing with two lovely guys who are both city professionals.
We live literally, 2 minutes walk from both Marylebone and Baker Street station, so it is a perfect commute into the city.

The room is a spacious double with large windows and your own bathroom, built in wardrobes and lots of storage. (All three of the rooms have their own en-suites).

The flat is in a huge building, complete with 24 hour concierge (they are super friendly and collect all post), its own gym, underground parking (although this is an extra cost) and safe bike storage. It is also located next door to LA Fitness should you prefer to have membership with a outsourced gym. It is possible to apply for residents parking from Westminster Council outside if you have a car (like me) and are happy to park on the street.

Room is £1060 a month + bills.

Bills are in the region of £146 a month (approx £53 each for electricity/broadband, £53 each for Council Tax & £40 each for a weekly cleaner).

We like to keep the flat in a tidy and in a clean condition. We are all professionals and work fairly long hours, so this is not a party flat. We are good friends and like to chill out together and have fun at the weekends, so we're looking for someone who'd like that atmosphere.

In terms of the communal space - we have a open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room, complete with 42 inch flat screen TV, two large sofas, a dining table for 6 people and a very modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
