Double room in amazing central location!

Hi!

This is a fully-furnished double room in a homely & spacious flat in Baker St.

You will be sharing with two females (one British, one French) aged 25 and 27.

As housemates we get on and like to have dinner or a drink together now and again, but we also have our own lives too. We would like to live with someone laid-back, clean, professional, friendly, up for hanging out from time to time but also independent! Non-smokers and female are a must!

The room is a good sized double with a desk and plenty of storage. There is a shared bathroom for two people with a bath/shower, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The building itself also has porters on site 24h a day, so those packages never go astray!

The location of the flat is amazing. It is less than 5 minutes walk from both Baker Street and Marylebone stations and close to the lovely Regent's Park. There are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area too.

Bills are not included and are between £75-80 per person per month.
