Central London-bright room to rent on Chiltern St

Recently chosen by Condé Nast as the coolest street in London, Chiltern Street sits neatly between Baker Street and Marylebone High Street, with the Sunday farmer's market round the corner, Regent's Park just on the other side of Marylebone Road and Oxford Street a short walk through leafy Manchester Square. Living so central you barely need the Tube, but when you do you can choose between Baker Street (6 min walk) and Bond Street (12 min).

Our flat is on the second floor of a quiet and well looked-after building at the bottom of the street towards the Chiltern Firehouse hotel. The room available is a bright double that looks out across the Chiltern Street. Super comfortable and fully furnished, it has a generous single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Unsurprisingly this central we don't have heaps of communal space (i. e. no living room) but we have a good kitchen (modern with big windows) and a bathroom with a bath plus a separate toilet.

The three of us living here are young professionals in tech/media/retail roles looking for someone with similar tastes and interests. We're your average twenty-somethings living in the city: we like travel, shopping, cooking, movies and music, and discovering other cool neighbourhoods when we're not hanging out in our own! We have a relaxed relationship, coming and going as we like but going out for dinner or drinks together when we get a free evening.

We also like to try and keep the place looking nice, and have a cleaner who helps us do so once a fortnight!

Looking for someone who can move in on 15th October. We are looking for person, who would commit to one year rent, because we need to issue new contract. However theres is still option to leave with one month notice period. The deposit of £840 will be needed. The price for the room £750 plus bills, which might sum up to £80 per month.
