Quiet double bedroom leading to sunny garden!

Hi everyone, I work in the wellness industry and am looking to offer a room in my flat for someone who is into yoga and a chilled out and lifestyle.
Located on an attractive Victorian street in Balham, perfect for those who want a little R&R and quiet amidst the hustle of London..

We’ll share the kitchen, dining and living space, which is bright, airy and spacious.

You’ll have access to your double bedroom, a bright dressing area, which leads to a sunny tropical garden and patio. There’s use of the main bathroom, with bath if you’re a fan of them!

There’s a lovely kitchen/dining/living area with plenty of space for a few around the table. :) On a sunny day it’s nice to keep the back doors ajar and let the light and air flood in.

We have some excellent shops on the street, including a vibrant art gallery, Australian bakery & coffee shop, massage therapist & nail bar, hairdressers and dry cleaners.

Cars require permits or pay-per-hour on the metre (around £3.60 per hour) Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm. Bank Holidays and Weekends are free or you can grab a permit for the area. We're in the Wandsworth Council Tax band.

Tooting Bec and Balham are 8-10 mins walk for Zone 3 Northern Line Underground tube stations. You can also get the Overground from Balham to Victoria and Clapham Junction. There are lots of bus links as well.
