Large sunny room in family home

We are are offering a large double bedroom for a short term (month to month) let in our home (ideally July through August). We are a busy family of 4: two professionals and two small children (toddler and infant). We are looking for someone as active as we are. You have access to a large sunny furnished bedroom with comfortable king sized bed, closet, desk. You will have your own shower/bathtub, but shared toilet. We have a fully stocked kitchen for you to use. There is also a back patio. Home is located on a quiet and safe residential street with easy access to bus, tube and rail. Close walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. Must be ok with small children on the premises. No pets, no smoking indoors. No parties or overnight guests.
