At less than 5 minutes walk you have Balham station which runs Northern line which means Central London is at 20 minutes by tube. Balham is also a railway station with connections to Clapham Junction and Victoria.

The location is optimal also because you have, at a walking distance, Co-op, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Waitrose, Boots, pharmacies, restaurants, gyms, pubs and coffee shops.

Ideally looking for a like-minded 25-45 yo professional who is looking for a relaxed home and who is respectable, friendly, tidy, clean, collaborative and who will enjoy and look after the house and treat it as their home.
