Our ground floor Garden flat is a stylish family home with a large living /dining room and kitchen bathed in light from conservatory windows leading to a huge picturesque sunny garden. The super large bedroom has spacious cupboards with drawers, a desk/ make up area, hanging wardrobe and sink. The room has a teak Indonesian king size bed with French doors leading to the living room. Our street is a quiet family road and there is no traffic noise.  The kitchen is open plan with the dining area and there's plenty of space for you to relax and cook.

I am a single mum who works in TV and my daughter Freya is a lovely well behaved 6 year old. Her toys stay in the bedroom so the living room stays tidy. There’s only one bathroom but it’s huge, with separate shower, storage, a jacuzzi bath and sink. The rent includes bills and a cleaner 3 times a month. Looking for a someone friendly, tidy, professional who likes children.

Our flat is just 5 minutes walk from Balham Tube and Tooting Bec station, and takes about 30 minutes into central London on the Northern Line. We're also 5 minutes walk from Balham overland train station which links to Clapham Junction and Victoria within 10-15 minutes.

Balham is a lovely neighbourhood with many cafes, bars and restaurants. A farmers market starts once a month seconds from the front door! Also close to gorgeous and green Tooting Common, and Lido swimming pool and gym. Our street is a quiet family oriented place with no traffic noise.
