We are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely Victorian terraced house.

Room dwellers or messy people need not apply.

Currently we are 2 guys and 2 girls, mid 20’s to early 30's. Some of us WFH for part of the week. (Finance, Research, Treasury, Recruitment).

It's a clean, tidy, spacious three storey house with a burglar alarm. There are 5 double bedrooms, well equipped large kitchen, separate living room, 2 bathrooms, ground floor WC and a sunny garden.

Balham Station (tube and rail to Victoria) is 5 minutes walk. Good local shops, restaurants and bars. The house is very close to Balham Leisure Centre and it is only a short walk to the Common.

Rent is £740 per month
Bills are currently £137 a month each to cover utility bills, council tax (Band F), wi-fi and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
Residents parking permit is currently £187 annually rising to £205 from 3rd June.
