1 bed flat w/office desk & walk-in wardrobe Balham

Hi all,

My 1 bed flat is now on the market as I am moving out of the country. I would have never left this place otherwise.

The flat is located in Balham. It is a 2 min walk from the nearest tube station. It is located in the top floor of a small three store building. It is super light and there are no trees blocking the sun. You can literally see the dawn from your bedroom.

It has 1 bedroom, separate living room, one bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom includes a super cool and spacious walk-in wardrobe where you can store pretty much everything without losing space elsewhere.

The living room has an spacious office desk that is perfect for professionals and/or students (especially now that working from home is the norm). You will be able to have your laptop, screen and documents well organized in your office desk. The living room comes with a large bookshelf that gives extra space to the living room.

The bathroom is very well distributed with including a bath, little but spacious cupboard under the sink and a towel hanger plus a shelf.

The kitchen is completely equipped with new hobs and oven. It has loads of space. The boiler room is separated and it adds additional storage space. And the boiler is brand new.

The building has a community garden with bbq to enjoy and the neighbors usually gather there when it is warm and nice outside. If you like bigger green spaces, the flat is located within 3 min walking distance from a massive park where you can do your sport and enjoy a picnic or a drink when the sun shines.

You have various supermarkets nearby with a massive Lidl just 1 min away. There is a gas station that has a store open 24/7 and there is parking space reserved to the people living in the building.

I am sad to leave this place as it has been, by far, the best flat experience I have had in London. The landlords are amazing and super attentive. They respond to anything you need within minutes and will accommodate any request you have. They are very understandable and happy to help all the time.
