Im sad to be leaving this amazing house due to the situation with Covid.

The house is a 4 bedroom Victorian house with 2 bathrooms and a very spacious lounge and kitchen. There is also a home made gym and a lovely garden which is kitted out with fairy lights. The house is a great size - all four of us have all been able to work from home comfortably.

Room available is a large double room on the top floor, so it has a lovely private feel to it. With built in shelves and wardrobe, there are plenty of storage options. There is also a little spare room next door that is perfect for guests. Or can be used as your own office if wfh.

Available for move in now but can be flexible to the end of March.

Housemates

You’ll be living with three friendly, sociable housemates. Dan works in finance, Dez works in digital marketing and Will works for London Railway services.

We all get along well and enjoy chilling with each other and heading to the pub together when we can. During lockdown weve had board game nights, tanned on the roof, and watched films over a glass of wine. We also like to do a house dinner once in a while. Equally, we respect each other’s space and have our own things going on.

Im sad to go after 2 years, it really is a great house. We’re seeking a new housemate that we think would fit in. We're looking for a clean and sociable professional, aged between 22-35 to join us.

Rent is £845 which includes bills (council tax, water, gas/electric), cleaner, internet, TV license.
