I am looking for fill my spacious 2 bed flat as I am moving to Canada. The flat is a 2 bed first floor flat, 10 mins walk from Balham station which I have recently bought and want to rent out. Both rooms are doubles with fitted wardrobe, room for a desk. The flat is clean tidy and recently decorated and has a shared kitchen, bathroom, large living dining area, and huge hallway- plenty of room for a bike if this is needed. Sadly no outside space but 2 mins walk to Tooting.
