Looking for an easy going housemate to join our 3 bedroom quirky + cute home for a short little while. .

I’m going home to South Africa for just under two months (18/01-15/03) so I am looking to rent out my lovely cosy double room. I live with two girls, Harriet and Flavia who are beyond lovely and two of my closest friends. We enjoy heading down to the pub, making dinners and hanging out whilst also enjoying our own space.

We have a beautiful kitchen and big living room.

I’m looking for someone who is like-minded and enjoys hanging out whilst still being respect of each other's space. Given it’s a short term rent, we are looking for someone easy going, adaptable and tidy.

5 min walk to Streatham Hill and Tooting Bec common and about 15 mins walk to Balham station.

Move in date is the 19th of January and move out date is the 15th of March.

Room is £750 per month and bills are about £135
