I’m looking for a nice, quiet, respectful, busy, Trustworthy, no smoker and clean flatmate.

The room: newly furnished, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and desk (looks better in real than in picture)


In the living room: Tables (4-5 chairs) sofa (sofa bed), TV and coffee table

WiFi= BT
The area: 5-10min walk from Streatham Hill station
10-15min walk or 5min bus to Balham and a big Sainsbury’s
10-15min bus to Clapham
15min bus to a big Tesco
1-3min walk to Tooting Common Park

The rent is 200£ per week all charges including
Spacious flat with a living room
2 weeks deposit


About me, I am working every weekday, waking up around 4.30am so I go to bed early that’s why we try to keep the place quiet as we don’t work the same hours we respect each other space and peace
Because of Covid and because I am in contact with many people with work, I can’t take the risk to expose them so I would like someone that limits visitors please
I’m French, 30, clean and quiet, I respect privacy, easygoing and discret
I like chilling at home as much as I like going out for a drink, I like running and I try to workout regularly
