Looking for a third housemate (no cat anymore)

Hello,

We’re looking for a third housemate for our lovely flat in Wandsworth/Balham.

(There’s no longer a cat living here sadly, so ignore the cat in the first pic)

About the flat - It’s a 2 minute walk from Wandsworth Common and station and 12 mins from Balham and Tooting Bec tube. We’re the middle flat, with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious and light lounge and a kitchen.

About us - I’m Scarlett, 28, love to travel, go out for food, drinks, brunches etc. I’m a big fan of films, tv, theatre, pub quizzes and sport and just generally like to get out and about but also appreciate a chilled night in.

Belinda - 30, works in finance, enjoys pilates and working out, travelling, reading but also loves going out for a wine and a nice dinner.

While we both have our own things going on we do like to chill in front of the tv in the evenings, go out for meals etc together and are looking for someone who’d we’d get on with and who’s looking for more than just a room!
