Less than 10 minutes from Clapham Common, Clapham Junction and Tooting.
Opposite Sainsbury's, Aldi and Boots, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and brunch spots close by.

We are two young professionals, a Welshman and a Frenchman, looking for a flatmate to take the third bedroom when our current flatmate leaves. We spend most weeknights either watching countless series on Netflix, in the gym (there's a gym in our building!) or exploring London.
We both like living here and don’t want to give up this great flat.

-3-bed opposite Balham Tube (Northern Line) and National Rail Station. Great for commuting to any part of London and far easier to get on the tube than any of the Clapham stations.
-Brand new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer.
-Bathroom - separate shower and bath.
-Living room with new sofas and 4 person dining table.
-TV with Virgin Media and Virgin broadband.
- Residents Gym in the building, and a communal room with a PingPong Table
- Superfast Virgin Media internet

Bills are not included but we currently pay approx £90 a month per person for Gas, Elec, Water, TV+Internet and Council Tax.
We also have a cleaner who comes every fortnight.
